« This condo allowed us to enjoy all the Rumbling Bald activities. We enjoyed drinking our morning coffee overlooking the golf course, and our evening wine looking at Bald Mountain lake. We also enjoying the various amenities of the resort - tennis, pickleball, basketball, putt putt and the pools as well as the beach. It was a great stay! »

« We love Rumbling Bald Resort. There is a ton to do there with kids (indoor/outdoor pool, miniature golf, beach). The unit was nice and the description/photos were accurate. The location was easy to get to inside the resort. We did not get starter samples of soap, shampoo, dishwasher tabs, etc even though the description said we would. When I called security to ask for some (the number we were given to call) no one would ever answer the phone (despite multiple attempts). Only other real complaint...

« Overall, we had a great stay!The house was beautiful and full of fun touches, and the views were absolutely breathtaking. We especially loved having access to the resort amenities — a major bonus that really elevated our trip.Our only feedback is that while the home was clean on the surface, a closer look revealed areas that could use more attention (like baseboards, windowsills, and window frames). « Condo was very nice, and very clean. Our only issue was that we arrived after dark, and the stairs going down to entrance were rather dark. The check-in was a little confusing. The guest services referenced in check-in instructions is actually 1.5miles away from the property. That took us a little while to figure out, and we had zero cellular service with Verizon, in that area. So I had to just drive and find somewhere to stop and ask about it. « The resort is fantastic with lots to do. The boys golfed, the ladies went to the beach. We also enjoyed the pool and hiked a bit. Several good and snack options. The accommodations are a bit dated but adequate. The kitchen could use more utensils and large spoons/spatulas. We had to wash forks after every meal. »

« Always enjoy staying at Rumbling Bald, Ant the house this time was amazing! Especially enjoying the hot tub, was a great way to relax away all the stress that builds up during normal life! Have been coming to Lake Lure for over 25 years, and staying at Rumbling Bald resort for over 10. Will for sure be back again later this year! »
