'Incredibly clean hotel with lovely personnel. Even though some things were a bit dated, the cleanliness made all up for that. Also the complimentary breakfast was a good wat to start the day. '

'Do NOT let the photos fool you on breakfast. Breakfast really really lacked. It was hard boiled eggs, deli meat, yogurts, and I think some pastries. We were really disappointed. I also booked the Tropical King based off the picture of the large tub stating it was "Tropical King." We did not get the nice tub. It was a standard shower/tub combo. Room was good, however, the space around the AC was open and allowed a lot of hot air into the room. Location to Duval St was great. Easy walk to bars and...

'We haven't seen any staff at al! We checked in at 3.30 , not late, but the key was in the mailbox, our room was in another building, no heating ( it was freazing last night) and no extra blancket. Breakfast was not what we expected and again no one was there! We made the decision to go to a Bed and Breakfast because it is so much more personal then a hotel but that is difficult when no one is there or shows up!'
