B&B in Verenigde Staten

'De kamer was qua inrichting best aardig, maar niet heel schoon. Prullenbakje in de badkamer was niet geleegd en er zaten vlekken in het beddengoed. Geen wifi op de kamer. Personeel was vriendelijk. Ontbijt oké.'

'Staying at the Campbell House was the most lovely and wonderful experience. Gorgeous house and property. Everything is manicured, flowers everywhere, very well-maintained and the staff was very helpful and friendly. And the breakfast was out of this world! I did not realize when booking this that it was a bed and breakfast and I was very pleasantly surprised by the experience. If I am ever in Eugene I have to stay there again! Super great spot!'

'Our stay was very unpleasant! We never received instructions for self check in, so I had to call to the help call number to get to our room. Once inside, our room had a deep smell of animal pee, so we requested a room change. They gave us a new room that was already occupied, so we finally got a third room that had a strong humid smell. The room was significantly smaller than the one I originally booked, with a smaller bed, so the customer rep offered me a reimbursement for the room fee...

'I come to San Luis Obispo a lot. I've tried to stay at different hotels to try and find my favorite… I really really enjoyed this hotel. I love the coffee and pastries on your door in the morning and the cleanliness of the property and the bathroom toiletries are amazing. My only complaint is that you do not have robes available. I think a solution would be have some robes if a guest ask for them you can bring them. I understand the cost involved of providing grubs to every guest, but it is such...
