« Loved this property. Single level made things so easy. The kitchen is huge and is very well stocked with just about everything. Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms are very nicely appointed, particularly the primary suite bath. A stupendous view of Grandfather Mountain from nearly every room. « Our stay was awesome! The house was in the perfect location. We went to Grandfather Mountain, Boone, Blowing Rock, and Linville Falls. Every evening we watched the sunset from the back deck which was breath-taking. We will definitely come back. »

« Excellent accommodations in the High Country of Western NC. The location is very proximate to the Sugar Mtn Resort and minutes to the village of Banner Elk. Great views , updated property and great care and touch by the host ! Will surely visit once again. Dave »

« We had a great time at this property. We go on an annual ski vacation every year with the family and this property was a great hub for us. We enjoyed sugar and Beech and relaxed by the fire pit at night. The master bedroom downstairs and bathroom are amazing! The only thing I would say is there is not enough utensils and maybe one more trash bag so you don’t have to buy a box or bring one from home. Other than that fantastic! »

« Just stayed in this beautiful home, there were 12 of us and every single one of us fully enjoyed our stay. The location was nice and we got to wake up to a family of deer almost every morning, which the kids loved. The house was clean, spacious and so cozy! Bryan was a wonderful host, he ensured a smooth/simple check in and was always available to answer any questions. We definitely plan on booking with him again in the future. 10/10 recommend. »

« We had a great stay at Ridgeview. It was right up the mountain from Sugar Mountain ski lodge which was very convenient when taking two young kids skiing for the first time. We had plenty of room at the house with 4 adults and 2 kids. Definitely would recommend if you are wanting to stay close to Sugar Mountain. »

« We would definitely come back and rent this place again. It was just as listed. It was just a short walk to the slopes and a great location if you have a group that wants to come and go at different times to ski. The only negative thing I have to say is the room with the bunkbeds was not comfortable. My sons said it was like sleeping on the floor. But even with that said we would still come back. Maybe just bring air mattress next time Everything else was perfect and we had a great time. »

« This place is wonderful! Perfect for our large family. Our only complaints would be that there were no replacement garbage bags in the house, which we found a little odd. Also, there is only one thermostat that controls upstairs and downstairs. It was quite warm during our stay, so when we adjusted the air to be comfortable upstairs, it was extremely cold downstairs, but we made do with extra blankets.
