'We enjoyed our stay at this gem in Durham! Super clean, great communication with Dylan, proximity to good restaurants etc was ideal and very quiet. Would stay here again!'

'Owners did a fantastic job of filling the space with functional and usable items. Very pleased with the ease of access (street parking would've been difficult on one night of our stay, but since we were in a compact car, we were able to use the rear parking). Surrounding area was a little loud (being city center, and all), but our use of the provided noise machine beside the bed made for better sleep. Well appointed space in a super-convenient area!'

'Older nice house with updated kitchen & bathrooms, very clean, well stocked with essentials. Great host communication. The few small cons is the upstairs window cooling units are not powerful enough to keep it comfortable during a summer day when the sun is out, and because it is an older house there is some floor noise when walking. Overall I’d recommend this property and say it was a good value.'
