'The house was wonderful set up really well for a larger group had everything we needed in the kitchen. A hot tub was great for the kids. We use the fire pit they even supplied wood for the fire. It was just an ideal place to stay. There are like Woodland creatures all around. It was just overall wonderful day. We would love to come back if we were in the area again. '

'Positives: The room was clean, well-stocked, cozy, had good water pressure, and had a little pond where you could fish just down the hill. It was also located in a quiet area not too far from restaurants and Blowing Rock and Boone. There is a charcoal grill and seating outside. Negatives: We arrived on our scheduled date and were told the keys would be in the lock box. Two others were, but not mine. We called the number on the sheet and, luckily, the maintenance man was in the office to let...

I only had a couple of very small items to mention that could use attention. One of the blinds in the bedroom was missing the open/close rod and having a closet or hanging rod for clothes would be nice instead of just a small set of hooks on wall. The bed was comfortable. '
