'The cabin overall was very nice. We had a little trouble with the lock box, but after a few tries, it opened. It was quite comfortable. The living room and dining area were spacious. If I have to look for something to complain about, it would be the toaster oven which didn't seem to want to toast, and the coffee cups which were tiny.'

'House has a lot of deck levels and outbuildings. The stone showers were a first! The sauna was great and the deck views were wonderful. Had an issue with the hot tub in removing the soft cover and leaves getting into the hot tub. The owners and manager responded within literally minutes. They sent someone over right away and it was cleaned by the time that we returned to the house an hour later. The fireplaces and the firepit on the deck were wonderful when the temps got down into the 40s....

'Cabin was super clean. That has always been a question with a vacation rental but the cabin was spotless. Pictures of the views are accurate. We loved the quiet and the long views. It was a wonderful experience.'

'The house was nicely secluded in a gated community. Having the bedrooms divided over three levels allow for privacy as well as family interaction for my husband and I with our adult child. The kitchen was well equipped and the location was in close to restaurants when we did not want to cook. Thank you for sharing your home.'

'Beautiful location and off the beaten path. Take whatever you want to eat for the stay, cabin has well stocked kitchen. Fishing was so so for the first few days, then it was stocked the last day which improved the fishing. We were catch and released so there should be some for the next guy. Would go back'

'Place was beautiful but is a pets friendly. The place was not cleaned properly dog hair was found all over the sofas and bed also they didn't leave enough supplies. But we love the cavins and the views were beautiful. '

'Cute cozy cabin with everything you need. Make sure you have everything food wise when you arrive, closest store is 40 minutes away. Many spots to swim and fish down the road to walk or couple minutes drive. Me and my kids enjoyed it, nobody wanted to leave. You can tube up and down the creek. Cough some trout and grilled it, was the best. If you plan any trips to Grandfather mountain or zip lining, make it a day trip. I did my gps in before I left the house, so directions worked the whole way...

'Overall we enjoyed our week-long stay. The cabin was extremely clean upon arrival. Nice and cozy. Loved the fireplace, especially when getting up in the mornings. The hot tub was a disappointment. The water temperature was hot but the jets didn't work very well and we were told there was no filter. We only used it once but would have done so much more if it was in good working condition. 'This was a wonderful place to stay during our vacation. The cabin was very comfortable and we especially enjoyed the outdoor spaces around the cabin. The kitchen was well stocked so cooking was easy. Great, location, too! The cabin is in a quiet, rural setting and it was an easy drive to nearby attractions, as well. We would return in a heartbeat!'

'The cabin was perfect for a couple to visit little Switzerland. Not to far from town or the blue ridge parkway. If you are on a motorcycle the gravel road is not to bad , it had rained hard one day washing some rutts in road. But not to bad. Cabin had everything you could want. Kitchen had pots and pans , cups and a dishwasher. Also a bbq pit outside. Hot tub was perfect, just turn the temperature up when you first get there.'

'Do not be fooled by the lack of reviews. This property was amazing. My boyfriend and I booked a short week stay and it was not enough. The host was readily available to answer all our questions and communicated where everything was in the cabin, down to the light switches. There is everything you could need.
