'Had a very enjoyable stay at Hemingway House. The place was spotless! All staff were very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend staying here!'

'We had a fantastic stay at Hurricane Hole. The beds were comfy, the shower was surprisingly good for a houseboat, and the managers of the marina gave excellent customer service. We had nurse sharks, tarpins, jellyfish, snapper, and manatees visit us daily. This is a working marina and you are staying on a boat. There are smells and you will hear and feel the boats move, especially at night. None of that would stop us from returning, but be aware that this is not a luxury resort and that's part...

'Clean, air conditioned, a bit of a septic smell, but easily combatted with open windows and it goes away pretty fast. Comfortable beds with all supplies you need except the food.'

'Its a little extra work, but for a very unique experience, this was just what my soul needed. Everything worked as instructed in the videos and the Vilano area was wonderful for food choices. You def need to give this a go.'

'Great place to stay for a weekend. Cool ocean breeze is great, everything you need is there. Host was friendly and communicative, would stay again for sure.'

'6 of us stayed the weekend and it was great. The boat was clean and well stocked with many amenities. The hosts Glen and Abby were amazing. Anything we needed they were quick to oblige. They live on site so they are always there if needed. We are definitely returning next year.'

'Beautifully, rustic and authentic look. Houseboat is definitely unique and inviting, booked from thrusday to Sunday nice and peaceful. Great place to return to and comfortable and cozy after day of site seeing. Other houseboaters and docked were very pleasant as well. Will be a returning option in future.'

'Lovely houseboat experience. Mostly very quiet and peaceful with lots of wildlife viewing right from the deck. Lourdes was responsive and helpful. The boat was clean and nicely endowed with all we needed. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. We rented e-bikes and had a great ride out to and around Angel island.'

'Super fun location, that made for a really fun 4th of July. Proximity to Fort Adams gave us the best vantage point for fireworks we could have had. House boat was very nicely made up for us, clean as could be. Comfortable bed, head was clean and functional. Water taxi was super convenient and easy to use, also allowed for awesome access to downtown Newport without needing to deal with cars or traffic. Fun to experience town from the perspective of a boater for once. Overall boat gave us...

'Stayed during a heat wave and one of the air conditioners was broken. No reduction in price'

'The boathouse is in a roof over marina that helped keep the heart down when sitting up on the deck. While many other boats, there wasn't many people coming and going. The inside was clean and efficient as one would expect s large boat to be. We only stayed one night but was very nice and within walking distance from downtown restaurants, etc'

'Lovely accommodation! I will be coming back!'
