'We were 4 families coming together to celebrate my father’s 70th. The barn was beautifully decorated with plenty of space for 11 of us to relax (8 adults and 3 young children) Downstairs was 2 bedrooms (one had the bunk room attatched) and upstairs was another 2 rooms and one of those rooms included a little mezzanine with single bed. 'The house and cottage was perfect for our family reunion of 12 and 2 little ones. Bathroom and shower/tub in every room! Kitchen and Dining area and seating for 18 inside and out was perfect. Amazing kitchen with plenty of dishes and all possibly needed to cook large meals. Three sitting rooms with fireplace and wood provided Games, books, puzzles, game room, outside badminton and soccer. Best VRBO! Views amazing!'

'Beautiful cottage with everything you need for a romantic getaway, plenty of space and the décor with so much love put into the property. Hot tub was amazing loved it. We ordered from the menu homemade lasagne garlic bread and some chips for our first night and was so worth it tasted better than any pub meal. And we had a sausage and egg muffin for breakfast on our last morning with hash browns and orange juice delicious. We went to the local pub for Sunday lunch we booked before our visit beef...

'Six friends with much to catch up on so a good deal of time spent in this lovely cottage round the kitchen table. The welcome hamper was especially appreciated and as we quickly discovered the bedrooms and general layout was spacious and beautifully maintained.The gardens were also a special delight with ample parking for three cars. Excellent meals at fairly local pubs and the most outstanding Garden Centre called Oakchurch was a a real find. We won't hesitate to book again.'

'Charming and well equipped cottage in a nice village. Plenty of space to chill and everyone slept well as the beds and bedding were very comfy. Nice walk around the village and lovely to hear the bells chime at the local church. Simon was a very accommodating host and the welcome hamper was much appreciated. The Nags Head in Canon Pyon (about an 8 minute drive) serves great food with a smile.'

'Het huis is mooi en met stijl afgewerkt. Voor alles is gezorgd! De haard stond klaar om aan te steken, een mandje met allerlei lekkere en lokale dingen. Een fles champagne! Melk en boter in de frigo en ook een vers broodje. Super om zo ontvangen te worden. Er was thee en koffie. De badkamer was zalig, een fantastische regendouche en een heel mooi bad. Het is er rustig en een heel mooie omgeving. We hebben echt genoten.'
