'What’s a little gem situated in the centre of Worcester The hotel is a lovely.The rooms were clean & up-to-date The bed was comfortable and the bathroom modern and to say it was in the centre of Worcester High Street. We did not hear a peep from the road or pubs.. I would definitely stay there again. '

'good place, quite old and it looks it, but if you like being in a historic place it is great. It however has some rooms that are really uncomfortable. The place is a bit of a maze. We asked for another room and got a much better one overlooking the street.'

'Cloe the deputy manager was awesome! We had a medical event & she absolutely owned it! Rang 111 with us, relayed info,organised taxi to ED,showed that extra genuine care by sending us with water and biscuits, made sure the night porter knew we would need access & checked in with us in the morning extending check out without us asking! She did all this with professionalism and respect and led her team to give a seamless friendly & efficient service. Would recommend without hesitation and 5...

'We had a fantastic stay. We felt so looked after by all staff. We were particularly impressed with the young man who showed us to our room (despite a small key issue) and served us at breakfast - he was so polite and professional, he's an asset to the business! The room had everything we could need during our stay - comfy beds, nice toiletries provided in the bathroom and the biggest biscoffs I've ever seen!
