'This is a lovely hotel situated in a picturesque village with access to gorgeous coastal paths and the famous Durdle Door beach. '

'Stayed for 1 nt on 20th Aug. Had lovely home cooked Sunday lunch and our room was stunning and stylish. everything was brand new and we had a very comfortable bed which is a must x our breakfast in the morning was amazing, the staff and owner were very welcoming and friendly and even the chef came out for a chat in the evening . The weather was appalling but our stay at the inn made up for it. Thank you so much for a lovely visit We'll definitely be back.'

'Booked a mid-week night away, our first stay here. Delighted with what we found: - good sized room (but would be good to have a socket or 2 by the bed). Clean and comfortable. Welcoming staff & owner. Good menu selection for our evening meal there. Right next to harbour and our room had sea views. Amazing breakfast - so much choice and loads. Even a residents car park. Would go back again.'

'Two days before arrival we were emailed to say there would be a loud disco below our room until 11.45pm. They offered cancellation but it was far too late to change our visit and rearrange, so we put up with it. The room was ok but wasnt cleaned on the 2nd day. No Breakfast available both days. Pub was loud and noisy, would suit some but not us. Had Friday evening meal in restaurant 1st Friday of December - we were the only two people in the restaurant! Food and service fine, but room...

'The staff here care about you and treat you like family (I got a flat tire in their parking lot at night and they helped me call my rental car agency and helped me through the process all the way). 'A great old hotel in the countryside. Spacious room and very clean refurbished bathroom. Nice and clean. Restaurant was value for money, and the breakfast was very good. The inhouse pub made evenings comfortable,and had free wifi. Due to lack of aircon room temperature was a bit hot (30 degrees Celsius) and fans provided could not cope with it. But I would recommend it to friends. The only disadvantage is the fact that the hotel is about 20 minutes away from any decent road. Local roads are...
