'The breakfast was excellent the staff went out if their way to ensure I had everything I needed. The poached eggs were cooked to perfection and the staff even though were run off their feet found time to chat and engage with all customers at breakfast.'

'Mijn enige minpunt is dat de lift het niet deed en diegene die ins incheckte wilde niet eens de moeite nemen om te kijken of we een verdieping lager konden verblijven. We hadden de tweede verdieping en ik ben slecht ter been wat ik had vermeld. Beetje veel jammer. Bij de check out was een lieve blonde dame'

'The room itself was ok and the view was nice and good towels in the bathroom. But the desk was broken, there was a lot of mold in the bathroom and the ceiling, there was no shampoo and had to ask 2 times for it to get some refill. Also the internet was not working.'

'A great, and very well (recently) refurbished Coaching Inn, right in the heart of Frome, with a fab breakfast and helpful friendly staff as well. Having stayed in a few "brewery chain" old coaching inns recently where the "updating" seems to involve only a coat of paint and a new shelf in the bathroom, it was very welcome to find that the rooms (anbd bathrooms) at the George have been completely and professionally re-done to "you'd be very pleased if this was your own house" standard. 'Rude receptionist who barely acknowledged us on arrival, completely disinterested. The room was basic but clean and fine for our short stay of 1 night. The general noise levels are awful, no soundproofing in the walls and constant banging from an internal door along the corridor. There is no temperature control in the room and it was particularly hot weather which made our stay very uncomfortable and difficult to sleep. Would not recommend to anyone and we are very easy going people'
