« Lovely personal touches by the Host on arrival, a lovely cream tea, also some fresh Milk for a much needed Brew. Everywhere was spotless, in the well fitted out cottage with everything you could need, complete with dishwasher. The perfect location for exploring Cornwall, with Wadebridge & Padstow, and the coast only a short drive away, also with easy access to the A30 for heading further down Cornwall. »

« The actual property location on Expedia is incorrect, only when receiving the Sykes confirmation was the correct location stated. I messaged the property owner via Expedia to request a cancellation but received no reply. The chalet is fairly dated but clean. WiFi has to be paid for at £10 a week which seems a bargain until you realise it’s unusable most of the time. The park itself doesn’t make it clear that the bar/restaurant is closed having been decimated in a storm 18 months ago… a...

« A beautiful barn conversion in a gorgeous countryside setting. Very homely and cosy. I can’t fault it! Lovely owners, very friendly and welcoming. The garden area was lovely and you could see the farm animals. The secure field opposite the barn was brilliant and perfect for the pooches. The coastal walk on the doorstep of the barn was great and had amazing views. The sunset there was surreal. Would definitely recommend and we’ll be visiting again! »

« The place was cheap, but I would say bad value for money for a number of reasons, outlined belowBad - black mould on bedroom curtains- Black mould in the bathroom- Loose wooden planks in the bathroom- Lots of Cobwebs in every room and in the cupboards, even immediately after checking in- Cabinet in bathroom was loose- Not enough toilet roll- No salt and pepper in the salt and pepper shakers- No bar or shop on site, despite this being advertised- No member of staff seen on site- Very poor...

« Charming comfortable house with good views. Good mattresses, very clean everywhere. Lorraine, who looks after the house couldn’t have been kinder. 2 minute walk from the harbour which is wonderful. Lovely shops with sociable staff (Moore’s and the newsagents very handy for a range of fruit, veg etc etc). Only downsides for us (with 92 year old mum) was that stairs to lower ground floor are steep and narrow. Also we had trouble regulating the hi tech radiators, to reduce the temperature. This...

« The property was very clean and well furnished, with comfortable beds. The bathroom is well appointed, and comes with lovely, fluffy soft white towels. We received a welcome kit with tea, coffee, and biscuits, and found scones, jam, and clotted cream in the refrigerator.
