Although we had a car, we took advantage of the bus that passes the property to get to Brighton for the day to avoid the traffic and parking. 'The house is great and in a fab location However the strong smell of cigarette smoke especially in the ground floor was overwhelming.It seems to come from the smokers outside the very very noisy pub opposite and the restaurant out the back.The property was perfect and this was the only thing to let it down'
