'Once you get used to not being a host and you have worked out the codes for all the doors it works ok. I understand the location but really could do with its own parking, luckily the road outside was under roadworks so I parked at the front.'

'Overall great value for money accommodation! Quite central to Bristol and the area around has a lot of shops and places to eat very lively atmosphere with students etc. The communication was excellent and staff were attentive. House is nice, quite basic inside, and a little run down but clean and no safety concerns. Parking is limited to paid on the street, and it's a busy area with a fair bit of road noise all night due to single pane windows. But overall good and well organised letting company...

'Well equipped kitchen, very comfortable bedrooms and living areas. The garden was just beautiful and we spent a lot of time here. Communications with Jenni were excellent and Angie made us very welcome when we arrived. It was a family get together with a variety of ages and the house was just perfect for us. We would definitely return '
