'zeer ruime kamer, zeer goed restaurant, voldoende parkeerplaats. Ligt langs een drukke weg zodat er 's nachts redelijk veel lawaai is van verkeer dat langs komt.'

' - nice big room. Has shower and claw foot tub. Lovely grounds. The room was a bit cold but the owner gave me a heater to use. The place was hard to find as it was on a tiny road next to the regular highway. Free parking. Owner very nice. Made me feel very welcome. Breakfast was perfect'

'Nikki & Eddie were the perfect hosts, taking obvious pride in keeping their B&B looking its best. There was even a complimentary upgrade of room when they heard it was the birthday celebration of one of us. Location superb. Off the bustling road but right on the beach. Just right to enjoy the sunrise, sailing boats, crazy early morning swimmers etc. Perfectly cooked breakfasts, delicious coffee. A nice small fridge in the room that was just about enough to take a bottle of sparkly. Friendly...

'Sometimes when reviewing a stay it’s easy to say everything is fab, well with Oaklands it is. From the meet & greet until the moment we departed the service and “nothing is too much trouble” attitude of Tim and Teresa shone through. We will be returning. 'Fabulous stay - loved it! Breakfast hamper was absolutely wonderful, though we couldn’t eat it all. Plenty of parking. Key code entry gives more flexibility as to arrival times, which suited us as we were spending the day and having dinner with friends so didn’t arrive till late. Brilliant one night break, will return without a doubt, and have already recommended to friends.'

'Lovely friendly welcome from the hosts. Pre-ordered breakfast for the following day and then settled down for the evening in a huge room with comfy seats, a big bed and a lovely bright and clean bathroom. Breakfast was just as promised, fresh, local and really tip top. Sat chatting with the hosts over breakfast watching the horse liveries turning out for the morning. Very very pleasant. '
