« Lodge Vista 84 needs cleaning as very grubby and dusty, fridge smells and needs defrosting asap oven has no temp marks so you can’t cook anything. Bathroom mouldy and limescale needs addressing!! Hot tub tube like a warm baht overall dilapidated-and in need of refurb sgame the pictures doesn’t show that before you book it!! »

« It's a beautiful old house and nicely located within walking distance of restaurants and pubs. Plenty of parking in the back. The staff are great - friendly and helpful. My only complaint was with the shower controls! After fiddling with them for quite some time, I finally managed to get water at a reasonable temperature to flow from the shower head rather than in the tub, but even now I don't think I could repeat the process. »

« Hotel is in great location but the car park is a public car park. So in busy times you could end up with no space although it’s a large car park. And it’s rough, loose stones and not flat. The staff are lovely, very helpful. We had a lovely sea view room, comfortable bed, nice bedding, not huge and the en suite is quite snug, but lovely and clean and modern. Nice to have cooked to order breakfast, overall a good place to stay. »

Je suis très déçu des délais et du temps aussi que j’ai perdu pour vous appeler et pour attendre plus de 1h au téléphone pour me faire dire que je n’aurais pas mon argent dans l journée pour réserver ailleurs. J’espère que ce sera réglé dans le 24 à 48 heure comme discuter avec vous. Je demande un sérieux dédommagement rapide. Merci...

« Stayed a couple.of nights in a family room - this had two separate spacious bedrooms, each with their own tea/coffee and TV facilities which was well stocked. Although there wasn't a sea view from our room, the view over swanage and surrounding hills was still lovely and provided some stunning sunsets. The hotel itself was clean and tidy and staff were welcoming and attentive. Breakfast was also well catered, and the beach was a short walk away albeit via a couple of steep routes down the cliff....
