'A great old hotel in the countryside. Spacious room and very clean refurbished bathroom. Nice and clean. Restaurant was value for money, and the breakfast was very good. The inhouse pub made evenings comfortable,and had free wifi. Due to lack of aircon room temperature was a bit hot (30 degrees Celsius) and fans provided could not cope with it. But I would recommend it to friends. The only disadvantage is the fact that the hotel is about 20 minutes away from any decent road. Local roads are...

'My partner and me stayed during the first horrible heatwave in June, to get some respite in the AC that was featured in the amenities of the property. Not only was there AC in the room, but also in the pub/restaurant area! It was absolutely delightful - we struggled leaving! The staff were so friendly and attentive; nothing was too much trouble.
