'Oh dear… should have been an amazing family gathering with relatives flying in from all over the globe…. We couldn’t get in for 3 hours as the lock was broken and when we did we could not secure the door and lock it so as the renter I had to stay in while all my family went for dinners, lunches and events we had organized.
