The location was perfect for our stay and allowed us to walk around the area with ease. The communication by the owner was great! 'The property was adequate for our needs but the whole place needed a thorough clean and some tlc. Garden furniture was in poor condition and only 4 chairs outside for a property that accommodates 14. Plenty of plates and cutlery, cups and glasses. Don’t think we’ll be going again. '

'Excellent stay in a great location. Host was fantastic at keeping me informed of the process answered a couple of questions I had straight away. The access to the spa was such a lovely bonus and will definitely book this again!'

'Excellent unit, very convenient to Paddington station with no noise problem. Only concern is the steep, narrow staircase to access unit, which may be typical in London. Believe future users should be aware of stairs in case they have issues with climbing. Particular hazard if transporting large suitcase. Otherwise, no concerns. Mid week cleaning very nice bonus.'

'Great house, Ella who checked us in was very helpful. The host always replied when I messaged. Lots of facilities. Great to have free parking. The only downside I saw was when we used the plates, mugs and cups, quite a few were dirty, other than that we all enjoyed the house and fabulous location. Thank you.'

'Check in was smooth and easy. the place has nice aircon and decent views throughout the area. lots of shops local . Only thing is that it’s slightly different from the photos however i am pleased with my stay'

'Lovely apartment but couldn't get oven to turn on or microwave which was child locked. Went through folder on fridge but nothing to help with this issue. Also only had a few satellite channels and very bad signal which meant we were stuck with one music station. '
