'This place needs a deep clean and update. The stairs leading up to the place are absolutely filthy. Let that go since it was a common space. Once inside you see that the walls are dirty, not just a fresh coat of paint is needed. The blow dryer was held together with packing tape. '

Powdene House is right in the centre which has advantages and inconveniences too. You come in through the back which was quite unattractive at first but for a short stay acceptable.
