'We hebben een fantastische 9 dagen vakantie gehad in de stallen. Een erg vriendelijk en behulpzame gastvrouw. bij aan komst een heerlijk welkomst pakket en een heerlijk flesje wijn. Voor iedereen die een fan is van de National trust is dit de ideale accommodatie alles is op korte afstand bereikbaar en een rustpunt na een dag in de English Country. Donald en Anneke (Holland)'

'You can only rate everything with the most stars. The hostess is something you couldn't ask for. It got dark quite early for this time of year. No problem at all; we returned around 4:00 pm, enjoyed a pot of tea in the living room, and felt right at home. The Christmas tree greeted us upon arrival. We felt completely at ease from beginning to end. It certainly won't be our last visit.'

'Great little property, surprisingly comfortable for a small space, nice rural views from the lovely hot tub, and great beer from the onsite brewery!'

'Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in dem tollen Ferienhaus. Die Räume waren sehr hell, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.'

'Clean and warm cottage in the center of town, very quirky but a nice environment, it is on one of the few roads running through Rye so does suffer from some traffic noise although not too intrusive. Everything was in order on our arrival so all in all a nice place to stay. '

'Thank you for a very lovely stay at Bellflower Cottage. The location is perfect for amazing walks and cottage very comfortable. A few pointers that can be improved but does not ruin the experience: The washing machine does not finish cycle so needs sorting, the bathroom fans do not work in two of the three bathrooms, the hob doesn't get hot on two rings. Otherwise it is a perfect place- you wont be disappointed.'

'We had a fabulous family Christmas at Mafeking! The village of Beneden was very convenient for us all to get to from different parts of the UK. The Pub was so cozy and fun on Christmas Day. I would definitely recommend Mafeking for a group / family stay !! Thankyou'

'We enjoyed our short break in excellent accommodation, which was perfect for our needs. Clearly a lot of thought had gone in to the accommodation and everything had been finished to a high standard. We would certainly stay there again if we are in the area and would recommend to anyone who is visiting East Sussex, an perfect base for many local National Trust places.'
