Very nice stay. Reception feels a bit dark and cramped but compensated by the friendly staff. Received a room upgrade, rose petals and cakes surprise to help celebrate our wedding anniversary. Overall nice hotel in an excellent location

centrally located, 15 min walk form Buckingham palace. Very nice, kept by very funny, helpful and dedicated twin brothers. Nice breakfast all went well no hickups ... be careful there are 5 floors with no elevator !
