« Cabin on the water was lovely & the balcony a great feature although needed an umbrella & seat cushions. Unfortunately the bar & terrace area was taken over by a golf presentation so a little disappointing as very limited free seating & early closing for bar & food provision. Huge stain on the bedroom carpet, bathroom door hard to close & a very noisy toilet seat! Plenty of parking & a quiet night’s sleep. It was close to our planned event but wouldn’t stay again. »

« We had a lovely 3-night stay at the cabin. It was clean, cosy, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable break. The location is excellent, with beautiful beaches and plenty of scenic walks nearby, making it a great base for exploring the area. Debi was a wonderful host—friendly, welcoming, and quick to respond to any questions. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. »

« I read the reviews and they were generally accurate. The property was well equipped and was comfortable and in a great location. It wasn't as clean as I'd have liked it to be. I guess there's a fair amount to clean before the next people arrive. So likely not enough time to get in all the nooks and crannies. One major disappointment was the decking area. It is covered in cobwebs, spiders and birds muck. Too many over hanging shrubs. And generally needs a good tidy up. However the shade was very...

« Upon arrival the caravan was so warn 35 degree temperature inside so needed to open doors and windows maybe it's good idea to leave the window open when there's arrival. Also did manage to arrive by 6pm to check in as we been on day out so we didn't have linen in our rooms which has been explain when I ask about late arrival but maybe leave the linen in the caravan we don't mind making it ourselves. Facilities are good and definitely be back when we go same place. Thank you »

"Une ambiance zen, par contre il ne faut pas être chlostrophobe. Tout est épuré. Prise usb-c direct au mur, donc pas besoin d'adaptateur pour charger le téléphone et point de départ idéal pour visiter le centre de Londres à toutes heures de la journée. On reviendra, c'est sûr !!!"

"Nous avons passé deux nuits absolument parfaites dans cet hôtel. Tout était à la hauteur de nos attentes : une chambre confortable et des espaces impeccablement entretenus. Mais ce qui a vraiment rendu notre séjour exceptionnel, c’est la gentillesse et l’attention du personnel. Chaque membre de l’équipe a été incroyablement accueillant, souriant et aux petits soins. Nous nous sommes sentis sincèrement les bienvenus du début à la fin. Un immense merci à toute l’équipe pour cette belle expérience. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir et recommandons cet hôtel les yeux fermés !"

"The location of this hotel is very convenient if you need a room near LHR Airport; it is just one metro stop from Terminal 3 to Hatton Cross station— simply cross the road, and you are there. Despite the fact that this hotel is so close to the airport and you can see the planes flying overhead, our room was very quiet and we didn't hear any noise. The room was pleasant, and the bed had a very good mattress and pillows, we felt comfortable. A small fridge is provided, as well as a water kettle to make coffee and tea— something we really appreciated. The breakfast was good, with a wide international selection. The lady at the reception was very friendly, and it was also great that we could keep the room until noon on the day of departure and leave our luggage at the hotel until we headed to the airport in the evening. As an improvement for this hotel, it would be nice to have complimentary bottles of water or a carafe of drinkingwater in the room. When the room was cleaned, our bed was made, but the bathroom wasn't done. At check-in, the computer system turned out to be down, and we had to wait a long time before we could get a room, this can happen, however be offered a glass of water in this situation would have been appreciated."

"Mon deuxième séjour au Citizen M de Tower London en 7 mois. Cette fois ci j'ai fait attention à réserver une chambre dans les étages bas afin de pouvoir monter les escaliers, car les ascenseurs continuent d'être totalement dysfonctionnels, avec trois ascenseurs en théorie qui doivent fonctionner en même temps mais des temps d'attente hallucinants. Pour le reste, j'ai trouvé que la chambre qui m'a été attribuée n'était pas assez bien entretenue : mobilier abimé, salle de bain plutot sale et l'insonorisation vis à vis de l'extérieur n'était pas top. Sinon, emplacement idéal, chambres confortables pour se reposer. Je pourrai tout à fait y retourner."
