'The property was in a lovely quiet position but did feel the shop should have been open whilst people were on site because of its location. When we arrived the sofa still had some sand on, there are cobwebs in bedroom windows and some kitchen utensils were not too clean. We really enjoyed our stay and felt totally relaxed whilst there. Would recommend.'

(dit heeft miets met Wifi te maken) geen terrasje buiten. Voor de deur kan ern klapstoeltje gezet worden maar dit moet eigenlijk pp een doorlopend pad voor de buren. 'The Golden Bay holiday park is in a wonderful location, close to the sea and the town centre, and its very quiet, hard to beat anywhere else in Westward Ho! Early vibes had been poor. At 7pm before the day of our arrival I had to remind our “premier?” Host for some arrival instructions, which we received shortly afterwards with an apology and an instruction to bring towels (bath, beach, hand and tea), loo rolls, kitchen rolls, washing up liquid, hand soap and bin liners! 'Lovely spacious lodge which is decorated and furnished to a high standard. Pleasant to sit on patio and enjoy the views. The holiday park is large and if you or any one in your group has mobility issues a car is a must - there is a steep slope/hill leading to treetops. The lodge is located in a quiet area of the park. Owners Adria and Steve next door and available if needed. Lovely location to explore Devon :)'

'Hi mablethorpe was lovely and it was a lovely weekend getaway, there were a few issues with property as we entered there was a strong smell of animal urine which i believe was coming from the rug in front room, i hoovered all through and mopped several times i rolled the rugs up and put them under one of the beds for duration of our stay, which is where i left them on leaving (as did not want to touch them again) as we entered bedroom a panel from the ceiling fell of (luckily not on us) and as...

'Very happy with our chalet the only problem we had was connecting to the internet but that was soon sorted via messaging our host. Possibly it might have been nice for a little tray of teabags coffee n long life milk to have been supplied for a cuppa after our long journey but other than that all good.'

'has everything you need for a short stay. Bedrooms and bathrooms are quite tiny and wardrobe space is limited. No problem if you are out and about most of the time but staying in might be a bit crammed. There is a small outdoor area to sit in - if you like talking to the neighbours as all chalets are close together.'
