"Mon deuxième séjour au Citizen M de Tower London en 7 mois. Cette fois ci j'ai fait attention à réserver une chambre dans les étages bas afin de pouvoir monter les escaliers, car les ascenseurs continuent d'être totalement dysfonctionnels, avec trois ascenseurs en théorie qui doivent fonctionner en même temps mais des temps d'attente hallucinants. Pour le reste, j'ai trouvé que la chambre qui m'a été attribuée n'était pas assez bien entretenue : mobilier abimé, salle de bain plutot sale et l'insonorisation vis à vis de l'extérieur n'était pas top. Sinon, emplacement idéal, chambres confortables pour se reposer. Je pourrai tout à fait y retourner."

"Très agréable hôtel. Vu sur tower bridge magique. Relativement propre, salle de bain qui demanderait un petit rafraîchissement. Beaucoup d'activités autour mais aucun bruit dans la chambre. Je recommande cet hôtel."

"A superb location on the river with the added bonus of the free river crossing ferry to Canary Wharf. Stunning views daytime and especially night time. Great helpful staff and superb rooms. Excellent bar area and outdoor seating. All this for an incredible price waaaaaay below hotel prices in London at this time of year. That said, although knowing it is a hostel-hotel, it was a bit of a surprise to see they allowed someone to join us in our room at half past midnight when asleep, especially when in a family group. (The person was very nice however). Overall though, highly recommended in all areas! Thanks for a superb stay for a night."
