A lovely flat in a perfect location! Easily walkable to Big Ben and the London Eye; the tube (St James Park) is about 3 blocks away. Plenty of food options plus grocery and a convenience store that’s open late (sadly perfect when you need cold medicine and cough drops). Host and supporting personnel are very responsive and provide clear information. The information book inside the flat was perfect!Flat was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. Our daughter said the sofa bed was also comfortable and it was great that there was a doorway into that space affording additional privacy. As noted in the description, there are several steps so keep that in mind.The only complaint my husband would say is that the heat works too well! When you turn the heat on, it works quickly and very well in every room so be prepared to adjust for your comfort. He is part polar bear so anything above 18 is warm to him. The flat worked very well for our family (5 adults).

Solid apartment in London. We enjoyed our stay. Close to Buckingham Palace and the Thames. Could use some updating. Everything was good but not great. BTW when they talk about the stairs they are not joking…abled body people only.

It really was a wonderful location, only 10-15 from Buckingham palace and Big Ben. The place was stock with all the basics you could need and was clean and comfy. The owner was great at communicating. Will definitely stay again!!!

Fun Quick Stay in London

We made a quick trip to introduce our daughter to London. The location is perfect. Close to most of the major tourist attractions: Big Ben, Parliament, the Abbey, the Eye and even Buckingham Palace. Plus many more. The place is clean and was roomy for 3. Living room couch is not comfortable and would be tight for 3 adults but perfect for parents and one kid. It is fairly loud inside the apt. Roof noise at night, sounded like pigeons having a rave that woke us up most nights. Not sure how else to describe it but they were just walking around or fighting and their feet were clanking and their cooing was fairly loud in the quiet of the night. We heard it in the main bedroom my daughter said she never heard it in her room. You could also hear others talking in the other apts but the noise wasn’t terrible but just wasn’t used to that type in of ambiance noise so took little time to get used to it. Over all totally a great place to stay but if a light sleeper you may want to take a white noise machine to drain out the noise at night.

Great Visit in London

The location was excellent, in walking distance to many spots we visited. We stayed for four nights. Kitchen was great, had washer and dryer which was helpful. It is up a lot of stairs. Would certainly stay there again. Cheers!

Christmas Week Stay in London with Teens

We arrived on Boxing Day and stayed through New Year's Day! This was the perfect location! You are steps away from the action in Central London, But this street is quiet enough that you can get some sleep. We traveled with our family of 5 -- and the teenagers all had their own bed. The flat has quite a few stairs as it's on the 3rd level and there are some creaks and squeaks, but it adds to the character. Nayara and Justin were easy to deal with and made me feel better about everything with quick responses -- as this was my first time to London.

Perfect spot in London

We stayed for 6 days over Christmas, and our entire stay was a pleasure.The owner was friendly and always available to help.The check-in process was smooth and uneventful.The property is in a great location in Westminster. It is within walking distance to all the major sites and to the St. James's Park Underground station. It is well-equipped and clean. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others.

Fantastic home and location

We had a great stay this December in this home. It was super clean, well equipped and updated and decorated lovely. Host was very communicative during our stay and answered any questions we had. The location is fantastic. We loved the pub across the road and it’s within walking distance of the river and sights. We plan on staying again in the future.

Location Location Location

The flat is conveniently located in Westminster, just half a mile from Dean's Yard where we had our conference. It’s also an equal distance to iconic spots like Westminster Abbey, Parliament, Big Ben, and even Buckingham Palace. Areas like Mayfair, Soho, and Notting Hill are all within walking distance too. My son and I even rented bikes for a quick ride to Borough Market, which was a blast. Everything was so accessible, and the pub right across the street served decent food and perfectly poured pints. I wish I could have stayed longer for a proper vacation, but being in the heart of it all allowed us to mix work and play without sacrificing sleep!

Great spot!

This was our first time in London. We traveled with our teenage boys. The location was excellent. A quiet neighborhood with a short walk to Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, Parliament and the London Eye. Lots of options for dining and groceries. The flat was just the right size to give everyone their space and be together as well. The host was very responsive. Couldn’t have picked a better spot.

Our London Vacation

We stayed at the property for two weeks during our vacation in London. The location was amazing, and the apartment was very accurate to the listing. Our only issue was the water pressure; if both showers ran simultaneously, the water pressure was very weak. My family would stagger shower times, and we had no issues. The owners communicated very well and let us store our luggage at the apartment on our first day until check-in. They also stocked the fridge with the groceries we requested before arriving, which was awesome! If we ever come back to London, we will stay here again!

Fantastic experience!!

The property is beautiful and comfortable and has a great location. The property manager was responsive and helpful. Fresh towels and toilet tissue were provided halfway through our stay which was a very nice touch. Would definitely stay here again.

Cute, clean, little flat in a great location

This was a great location for our short stay in London. There was one minor challenge for us to work around. The washer/drier machine is very small. We should have done laundry each night instead of waiting until the last night of our stay. We could only clean a small amount of our clothes in the flat. Luckily, there is a laundry across the street that we were able to easily use instead. Otherwise, we were happy with the space and location!

Great location

The best thing about our stay was how convenient to everything this apartment is. Westminster and the Big Ben are just a few blocks away. There is a market, pubs, and cafes down the street. The beds are comfortable, and the showers roomy. Be aware that you do have to climb 3 sets of stairs, and that it can be noisy if you’re a light sleeper. However, they do provide ear plugs if needed. I don’t use them.

Great Location, great amenities, and very clean

I highly recommend this property. They were very communicative, happy to work with us regarding our arrival and departure, and the apartment was great. Great place to stay with kids. Also, it was incredibly clean and welcoming.
