'This place needs a deep clean and update. The stairs leading up to the place are absolutely filthy. Let that go since it was a common space. Once inside you see that the walls are dirty, not just a fresh coat of paint is needed. The blow dryer was held together with packing tape. '

'A perfect base for a London stay. A beautifully appointed flat in a lovely row of Georgian terrace houses. 'convenient and enjoyable stay'

'I have to say for a short stay it’s convenient. It’s a place to sleep and shower. We were out for most of the time. It’s cozy and cute and economical for a quick stay. We kept on having issues with the toilet and on the 2nd day the wifi network randomly disappeared, we were no longer connected nor could we find the network. Being that we are not from the UK we rely a little more on wifi so that was a bit inconvenient. When we had issues with the toilet Clarissa sent someone to fix it quickly...

'We stayed at this flat for a little over 2 weeks and it was just perfect for us. Communication with Mike and Clare was easy and they always responded quickly. The flat was extremely clean and very comfortable. LOCATION, oh my, half a block to the British Museum, lots of great restaurants and pubs within walking distance. Tube stops were also within walking distance. I can only say wonderful things about our stay as we enjoyed the flat and Mike and Clare immensely and I would love to stay...

'Very nice place. Great location. Lots of coffeeshops and restaurants, and shops in the area. Be aware that it is difficult to open the front door. There should be a non-slip mat in the bathtub since that is where the shower is. You could hear the neighbours pretty good and the water heater but with earplugs all good!!'

'There are many plusses about this apt, it is surprisingly quiet, it has storage space, there is a Saintsbury and a Waitrose two minutes away, a good kitchen with a large fridge, close to the tube, excellent communication and arrival arrangements. We have made suggestions to iron out a few hiccups such as instructions to use a very fussy TV. We would definitely go back. '

'This is a nice flat in a quiet residential area, 12 minutes from the nearest tube station. Some shops and Clissold Park are only 5 minutes away. It has a nice bathroom, but the bath is very slippery and there is no handrail.'
