'When we arrived it was clear the cottage had not been cleaned. The previous occupants' dirty sheets and towels were piled up and there were no clean sheets or pillowcases for the bed. The kitchen was dirty and there was damp and peeling wallpaper. 'What a lovely way to spend a few days around Filey! The grounds were perfect as we were a couple of minutes walk from the pub, pool and entertainment area. I couldn't find the passes for the swimming pool, and the owner replied to my message within about an hour, and was really helpful.
