'This is certainly one of the most beautiful places in the Arenal region, with a stunning view. The house is charming, on top of a hill in a secluded area. Expect beautiful sunsets before you go to sleep and Howler monkeys nearby to wake you up in the morning. The house is spacious and comfortable with all amenities you need. A 4x4 is recommended to get to the property but you need one anyways to go places in Costa Rica. Restaurants are just down the hill, a supermarket at 15 a minute drive....

'The property is just as pictured in the listing and is beautiful. Communicating with the property manager was a bit of a challenge. They list a phone number but if you don't have a working cell phone when you land, the number is useless. They suggest communicating by WhatsApp and that is fine, as long as you have the internet, which you will not have in your vehicle. 'Wonderful property, perfect for our multi-generational family. Ana from Yellowfin Tours became our go between with staff, a big help and Google translate! Jimmy house manager was right on any issues! Mercedes and her crew kept us cleaned up and the pool guy was great! We used the recommended Chef for 3 nights, very good and very reasonable. We did rent the golf cars to get around town and to the restaurants and grocery. Sure beat the price of rental car we didn’t need, all our tours pick us up...

'I was blessed to be able to spend my 50th birthday at this property. We had such a wonderful time, and watching the sunsets every night from the house was magical. 'Our stay at Playa Langosta exceeded all our expectations! I would highly recommend this property. The property manager was very friendly and very responsive to all our questions. They helped us arrange a rental car and a snorkeling excursion. The condo was exceptionally clean with very nice amenities. The rooftop patio was sublime. 'My family and I stayed in this villa from April 9-13. We are a family of 6 adults with a 9 month old and a 2 and 1/2 year old. The villa is as stated in the VRBO site. 'We had such a fantastic time at this lovely house in Potrero that my kids still lovingly refer to as “our mansion” - we were treated like royalty for a few days by our masterful chef and lovely cleaning staff, as well as Moises, our bartender. It was very hot when we stayed, and we had a bit of trouble with the AC units, but help came promptly and everything was repaired. I give this property my highest recommendation!'

'The villa is just as pictured. And I could literally live in the salt water pool. This home is away from sights, so I definitely suggest arranging a driver, as the roads are difficult to navigate. But this also gives you tranquility. The concierge Dani is absolutely wonderful. She planned the trip ahead of time with us and even helped us with a couple difficulties that arose.
