'The property was great except for getting in and out of the nice pool. No ladder or stairs. Not having a/c and sleeping with bug spray on was not good. Nice people wonderful breakfast. '

'Breakfast was very good and on time. Try the banana pancakes. Staff was very helpful and toured their farm and coffee plantation. The hikes on property were great and the cloud forest experience could not be better. The rooms are sparse but great for the experience. No AC but was not needed. '

'We wanted to book somewhere in the middle of nowhere and this was what we booked. What a stunning view of the surrounding area and the night sky was something I hope I can remember forever. The lodge was what you can expect for the price, certainly adequate enough and breakfast was more than enough and was included too. 'Nous avons un super séjour ! Les logements sont géniaux, tout comme les extérieurs ! La piscine est super agréable et nous avons pu voir les singes hurleurs pendant qu'on prenait notre (très bon) petit déjeuner. Encore merci à nos hôtes pour leur gentillesse et leurs conseils ! 'Secluded large space, used to be a boutique hotel with now four rooms open/in use. Kids loved roaming around the property with the two horses being the fence and swimming in the pool with the beautiful views of the volcano Older property that fell a bit into disrepair, not the cheapest, but really responsive host who sent out the cleaning crew one more time Really relaxing, with hot springs just 5-10 minute drive away, we really enjoyed!'

'Latica lodge was amazing to stay at! If you’re looking for that community vibe then this should be on the top of your list. Everyone from all over the world staying there, all having breakfast/supper together was spectular. The owners are everyday people willing to help you out with everything they made the stay so enjoyable.
