Villa's in Costa Rica

'This property was gorgeous and our host Gabriel was attentive! We felt safe for our entire stay. The balcony view was breathtaking! Coffee while swinging and watching the birds and waves was the perfect way to start our day. If driving (which I recommend), definitely get a vehicle with AWD and take wide turns, we learned as we went along. The pool and entire house is very clean! Ice maker is clean! Grill is clean! If needed, housekeeping was available, and we requested these services once during...

'Needs more blankets'

'Communication with the host was very good. Overall the pictures seem to have been taken when the property was just refurbished and new. Towels and some drapery/blinds all need to be refreshed and extra blankets in bedrooms. Some of the blankets in the additional two rooms barely fit the bed. Kitchen was well appointed and clean. Ants seemed to be everywhere because the back of the property is not enclosed. Overall the property did its job and the location was perfect and very close to the center...

'Really loved this property. You can't get any better views of the volcano! It was quiet, clean, peaceful and modern. Our host, Santiago, was awesome. Very friendly, accommodating and easy to get in touch with. The only thing I would critique is the stocking of the kitchen. For the price, I would've expected better utensils and kitchen gadgets. For example, there wasn't a good, sharp knife we could use to chop things, nor was there a decent spatula. It was a bunch of mismatched stuff. I think...

'Great place close to La Fortuna and Rope swing.'

'Our family of 6 (kids 10, 12, 14, 16) had an INCREDIBLE stay! Mag is an over-the-top hospitable host, meeting us when we arrived and showing us around. There were farm fresh eggs, coffee and beverages in the fridge to greet us. Leading up to trip and during she was super responsive and helpful with questions about the property and the general area. Once, when we couldn't figure out how to get the World Cup game on, Mag personally came to show us.The location itself is stunning, doing more than...

'Great villa, amazing property. However, the villa is listed within walking distance from the main attraction area where all the restaurants and bars are, but it is more like a 15-20 min walk down a few hills and main roads with traffic. Also the beach club that is advertised with the infinity pool is not attached to the villa it is also a 21 min walk.'

'Merci'

'Our family of four had the most wonderful week long stay! The host, Patrick, had the best recommendations and arranged all of our adventures. He made everything completely seamless and easy and was better than a travel agent! We all loved the beautiful house and all the details that included hand painted tiles, rock work, hand carved doors and beds, arched doorways, and hand painted sinks. The view could not be better of Arenal volcano and the lake and the mountains. We saw toucans and parakeets...
