'five stars for sure. It was easy to feel at home from the minute you opened the door. It was relaxed, open floor plan and had all the kitchen stuff you'd want. We are coffee snobs so we brought our own but that's just us. Maybe a list of fav restaurants would be handy, but we loved Frank's so we already knew. The porches were our go-to for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Terrific.'

'The view off the 18th green of Harbour Town and Calibogue Sound is beautiful and serene. We sit on the porch, read and listen to the little “pirates” at all hours of the day. So peaceful!'

'The property was comfortable and a good size for our group. The beach was easy walking distance. We had plenty to do and the area is lovely for walking or bike riding. The host provided some board games which we enjoyed when we took a break from the sun. Loved that basic cleaning supplies and coffee filters were provided.My mom is 82 and was with us on the trip, the stairs were a little challenging for her. 'All I can say is WOW! I have been coming to Kiawah for 30 years with my family and now I get to come with my toddler! This is the perfect location if you are looking to be central to everything on Kiawah! It is literally a one minute walk to the beach, about five minutes or so from the nest and Night Heron (that has nightly activities during the summer months for children) and maybe a 10 minute walk from the sanctuary! 'This condo is a wonderful place to stay. Besides all the added amenities from the community (pool, easy and close beach access, pickleball courts, bike racks all around the property, bike rental available and more), the condo has all you need. It is simple but beautifully decorated with nice taste. It was great to sit on the balcony and enjoy coffee and/or wine while viewing the ocean in the distance.
