'We had a great time, very close to eating and shopping. The amenities were very helpful and we felt the area was very safe. We had an issue with getting a ticket even though we paid for parking but it was taken care of within an hour!'

My check in time was 4pm my children & i arrived at 4:36PM was then sent a message by the host saying guest had over stayed and my check in was delayed because guest were still there and cleaners and maintenance needed to come in. Was not able to check in until 8:00 PM . The listing stated pools were newly remodeled that was untrue pools were closed I messaged host prior to arrival abo pools it took 15 hours to get a response, then the listing was changed to pools closed...
