'The studio was very well equipped with modern amenities and a very comfortable bed (only wish it was King instead of Queen sized). Freezer was very small in the dorm style fridge. Very convenient to two great pools and the fitness center as well as the beautiful beach. Only problem we had was a very distraught dog next door whenever it's family left without her. She howled incessantly when they left the poor creature behind.'

Called for help, maintenance got the door open but could not lock it from outside-he called for technical help, discovered a router problem but did fix it. 'Everything was great! Just as described. It's a compact room, but with everything needed to be comfortable when not at the beach. The walk to the beach was quick and easy, and the beach itself felt remote even with all the buildings nearby. At low tide there was so much beach!! I got the resort passes but none of the facilities were pet friendly and they were quite adament about my wife not even carrying our tiny dog where pets weren't allowed. We made do. The beach itself was very pet friendly!...

'The keyless entry lock on our rental unit’s door would not work—at the end of the day on Saturday with 2,10 and 11 year olds plus 2 adults wet from the beach and sandy because the showers coming off the beach near our unit did not work. The property manager sent a repairman—and he was tremendous. However—he worked on the door lock for over 2 hours without success and finally literally used a crow bar to force the lock to break and let us in. He profusely apologized for the inconvenience. 'Property was very convenient to all Fripp amenities and two of three pools. Convenient walk to beach. We enjoyed the various pool options. Overall, we had an enjoyable experience despite the feedback that follows in this review. Exterior of property somewhat dated but some units are undergoing renovation and painting.
