'We had a great 3 nights. Litchfield is our go to place for July 4th. The condo was just as described. Perfect location with the tennis courts/pool across the way and the beach not much further. Easy walking distance even with our gear. The back porch over looking the pond was so relaxing in the mornings and late evenings. 'My sister and I enjoyed a very relaxing week in your top notch unit! It was super clean, a beautiful location, excellent communication, very well equipped and an overall wonderful experience!We had the best seafood at incredible restaurants and despite some rainy days, we enjoyed perfect beach days too. 'Condo was spacious and very clean. Neighborhood quiet, easy going (being off -season.). Grocery store nearby. Condo was very comfortable w great porch, comfortable beds, big bathrooms, each having a tub. Kitchen well-appointed. If coming up from south, have to drive a few north of community to check in but process was easy. 'Oh, my goodness! We have been to Pawleys a dozen times in the past 10 years and this sweet spot is worth visiting again. So many perks!!! The owners are friendly and respond quickly.
