B&B in South Carolina

'Great place but unable to give 5 stars. Felt a bit misled by listing as it says bed and breafast which details a fresh made breakfast. No where does it state they do not offer it daily. Would have been nice to know in advance as it was our first bed and breakfast experience and it lacked the breakfast. Othe than that the place is amazing. Only complaint about room is the original hollow core doors which do nothing to block noise. All in all an absolutely beautiful place.'

'Staff was very attentive. Breakfast cooked to order and snacks and iced tea and water throughout day were also great. Understanding that the house is very old and quite lovely it still needs somes TLC. We stayed downstairs and carpet needs replacing and rooms are musty. I was very stuffed up when in my room as I am very allergic to mold/dust so assume that either mold or dust was the cause?? Also our tub filled up with water when we used the shower which I reported and they looked into but...

'Wij hebben erg genoten van ons verblijf van 2 dagen in The Cypress Inn. De mensen waren heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam en de kamer was heel fraai. Ook de locatie was heel mooi gelegen, vlakbij een rivier met een mooi wandelpad. Ook het ontbijt was erg lekker en de sfeer is zeer gemoedelijk. Een echte aanrader.'

'This was an artistically renovated older farm home. Very colorful and funky style. Improvements and character were underway. The caretakers were very friendly and sharing. The breakfast was made from ingredients grown or raised on their working farm. Would stay again. Very eclectic place. '

'The house was beautifully decorated. The host, Sheila was very gracious and made you feel like family immediately upon arrival. I was a weary traveler and I enjoyed the peace and quiet. Breakfast was delicious. I plan on returning often. '

'We had a lovely large room at the Inn. The area around the Inn was quiet, as residential. The restaurant located within was very nice with great food selections and friendly staff. Even the housekeeping staff were very accommodating and made our stay very pleasant. We would definitely return to the Inn at I’ON should we be in the area of Charleston again. '
