The front desk did come to the rooms to tell them to stop carrying on but one group was repeat offenders and still there. The kitchen counter was dirty and half filled water bottles in the fridge. 'Ordered balcony room, got first floor with no separation from the outside pool area walkway. Plus found clothes on the floor in the room from previous guest. Didn’t ask to switch rooms because was told the night I checked in the hotel was full. The phone also didn't work. '
