'Stayed in Costa Rican bungalow. Great bungalow for a close couple. Love nest. LOVE the front porch. Set up the hammock and took a nap outside. Perfect location to walk to Beach and restaurants. Parking spot directly in front of building. Rustic with lots of charm. Charming, whimsical NOT high end fancy. Would return and stay longer next time. So relaxing!!!'

'Very nice room and en suite. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Appreciate the coffee, wine, and water provided. Ask if your room is upstairs or downstairs if the spiral staircase would be a problem for you. The street traffic is a little noisy but didn’t really bother me. '

'We stayed at the Shem Creek Suite for 3 nights. Communication with Samuel was excellent. We asked about a coffee maker and he responded that they had a keurig style single cup brewer. We mentioned we preferred making a pot of coffee and he provided one for us, waiting at the door when we arrived. Access was easy with its own designated parking space. 'The property was as described and easily walkable to restaurants as well as King street and the citadel. Very tall people might want to skip this one as it in the basement of an older home and the ceiling is quite low in the shower.'

'The above garage apartment was very quaint. Clean, stylish and modern. Perfect for a couple or mother/daughter get-away. Bed was comfortable, great shower and bathroom space as well as a little kitchen/nook for meals you wanted to prepare. We were 20 minutes from downtown or the beach. Also very accessible to airport. Hosts very kind and accommodating.'

I enjoyed spending the day sightseeing in the historic area but loved coming back to the quaint and quiet neighborhood of the cozy cottage! Restaurants and coffee shops were wonderful and felt more local. Great walking area or a 2 mile jog to the battery area and walk back. Loved having a kitchen too!'

'This property was extremely well maintained, has attentive hosts, and was perfectly located between Folly Beach and Charleston’s Historic District. It was, by far, one of the best properties we have ever stayed at. Having a pool to soak in after a hot day or the ability to play a round of golf at the city course that is literally across the street makes this property a diamond. But small touches like having an ice maker, luxury towels, and easy check in made it shine.'

Loved the keyless easy entry and best of all our dog was welcomed as well. The huge fully fenced in yard gave us piece of mind when we were all sitting outside. 'Brought three kids down to visit our oldest at the college of Charleston wanted some space to lounge out other then a hotel but didn’t want to spend our whole budget on lodging! Quick 10 minute drive to downtown. Space Bigger then pictures. Neighborhood looks a little sketch but everyone was nice and we felt safe! Nice to have parking. You can tell they are really working on improving the area. Brewery’s in North Charleston only 5 minutes away! Enjoyed our stay !'
