« Outstanding hotel from which to explore the immense beauty of Charleston. Staff were all so fantastic from helping us check in early, to restaurant recommendations to facilitating our bag storage while we checked out and went to tour College of Charleston (reason for our trip). Rooms were very comfortable - spacious, nice linens, very clean. Hotel design is beautiful. Highly recommend. »

« This was an awful experience. We arrived at 3:55 to a room that hadnât been cleaned⊠it smelled, there was trash everywhere, bed was a mess, towels all over the bathroom floor. I called and was told the cleaners were running behind and it would be another 20-30 minutes. Wasnât even offered an apology. When we retuned, the room had been slightly cleaned, but still wasnât great. The floors were dirty, mildew in the bathroom, overall dirty. This was such a disappointing stay. I donât think you...
