'직원들도 친절하시고 가이세키가 정말 완벽했어요! 아침도 평소엔 밥 아예 안 먹는데 두 공기나 먹을 정도로 맛있는 한상차림 이었습니다. 노천탕 개인탙 할 것 없이 수질관리, 청소 모두 완벽하고 흠 잡을 곳 없었습니다. 본관 2층에서 머물렀는데 전 이용하진 않았지만 엘리베이터도 있습니다. 오타루항이 보이는 온천이 정말 매력적이었어요!!'

'We stayed for two nights and indulged in a spacious, clean & beautifully designed (triple) room and delicious kaiseki style dinner & breakfast. The room came with a private onsen as well! The hotel is situated along the river shore, which makes wonderful scenery during breakfast and dinner. We saw deers and raccoon dogs while enjoying our meals or taking an onsen bath. 'Place was beautiful, room was spacious and had everything we needed. Excellent service and a huge shout out to “Ziggy” at the front desk. Upon check in we mentioned that a person in our party doesn’t eat seafood. Ziggy explained that without the advance notice, they are unable to promise that the menu could be changed. However, they were able to be change her menu for both dinner and breakfast! Thank you Ziggy!! We appreciate you!!'
