'Good value. A 25 mile drive to escalante. Quiet and next to general store and gas station. I couldn't get the wifi to work (connected without internet) but i had good cell signal and didn't need it. Power went out but not owners fault was a storm.'

'We needed somewhere to stay for one night in between Capitol Reef and Bryce. I found this place and decided to book, knowing nothing about the town of Escalante. When we were arriving in Escalante and approaching the home, we started to wonder if we had made a mistake. Don’t expect well manicured neighborhoods. 'Overnighted for two nights while visiting National Parks. House was a great place to stay for our needs. Newer dwelling in a quiet neighborhood. Beds were comfortable and large space in family/eating area allowed for gathering. Only complaint is the TV situation. We were not able to enjoy watching our favorite shows due to the restrictions on the tv by the owner. (We weren't able to sign in to our streaming channels with our passwords.) Not really a big deal though, just a little irritating.'

'My sister and i went to The Mighty Five and Mesa Verde National Park. The atay in Blanding waa very comfortable. Good shower pressure, thermostat control. We just needed to be patient for thw hot water'

'We enjoyed our stay. The place was nice and fully stocked, had a washer and dryer. The only complaint I had was that the beds did not have boxsprings, just mattresses on them. This made it very uncomfortable to sleep due to the fact that the matress was not firm. If you are going to advertise this as Lux then you should have better sleeping conditions. The place was expensive and close to everything at Bryce.'

'We stayed here to visit Capitol Reef Np. The cottage had everything we needed and was clean with comfortable beds. Loved the views and was nice watching the snow storm come thru during our visit. Host was very responsive and helpful'

'We absolutely loved this place! It literally felt like I was back at my grandma's house! So inviting and warm! Everything was super clean and there was lots of space. The neighborhood was perfect. I loved watching the sunrise from the front porch every morning! I especially loved that they provided coffee and fresh eggs!'

'Centraal gelegen uitvalsbasis voor een bezoek van de wondermooie omgeving van Zion en Bryce. Ongeacht de centrale positie is het huis met tuin gelegen in een rustige buurt met de noodzakelijke basisvoorzieningen (oa. supermarkt en zwembad). Het huis beschikt over 3 ruime kamers, 2 badkamers en een zeer ruime leefruimte. We hebben genoten van de tuin met BQ en basketbalveld. De verhuurders zijn direct beschikbaar.'

'My husband and I brought our parents to Utah for a week of hiking, sightseeing, and relaxing. We got a major grocery haul in Salt Lake City on the way down from the airport and used that food all week in the well-equipped kitchen (and grill outside). We were pretty tired after spending all day outside in the parks, so we were happy to have a cozy, clean, and fully outfitted house to relax in. The sunlight and expansive views are beautiful. We loved it and would definitely return in the future!'

'House was clean and neat. Kitchen was nice but could have been stocked with more cookware. Most things were used and hand me down. Beds were nice and comfortable. Bedrooms could have used some shelves or dressers. Bathroom was great with tall toilet, nice shower and plenty of hot water. All and all we had a great stay and would definitely stay here again!'

'Great spot. Seems to be used mostly as a one night stop on roadtrips. If you're staying longer you'll need to bring the basic cooking supplies like a cutting knife/board, oil, ect.'
