'We got this home because of the location. I appreciated the space, and the two full bathrooms (even though one of the full bathrooms was rather small). The beds were just beds - nothing special. The neighborhood was quiet. The backyard was nice, but my kids didn’t want to go out there because there was an active wasp nest right outside the back door. Luckily the front yard was nice too and the street was not busy so they played in front.'

We have a big family and had plenty of space for sleeping, and doing other activities, the eating space was adequate, but because of our large group we ended up using the covered deck for more eating space. The yard was great for the kids to play games, the pickleball / basketball court was a hit for all ages. It was clean and had plenty of extra bedding, mattresses, and towels. We loved the big fridge and a huge freezer, we were able to put all of our perishables...

'Very spacious home for our family to stay at. We really enjoyed all the amenities as we could cook meals, do a quick load of laundry and relax at the pool after a long day of hiking or exploring the area. Beds were comfortable and the host thought of many extras like cooking spices, beach towels, games and movies. Would stay here again!'

'The house was beautiful and so tastefully decorated, just as pictured. Everything was sparkling clean. It is located perfectly within walking distance of town but off the main street far enough to be quiet. We enjoyed the use of both porches on our short overnight stop, and loved the big trees in the yard. We only used the master bedroom but that bed was very comfortable. There was plenty of room to pull our vehicle right into the carport. We just loved the place and wished we could have stayed...

'House is on a busy street and easy to find. Easy to park in driveway parking spot and house instructions and code worked out great. The house inside was very clean and we couldn’t hear any street traffic inside the home. House is in a good location within miles of everything and our family. Would stay again. Thank you!'

'The place was clean and comfortable. We didn’t cook, but having a kitchen and multiple seating options was great. We didn’t use the backyard or hot tub, but both were available if we had wanted. It was very convenient to both Arches and Canyonlands National Parks, the reason for our stay. I would recommend to others and stay again if in the area.'
