'This was such a beautiful new build. We loved parking in the garage since our snowboards were on our roof. It was so easy to put the baby to bed while hubby unloaded the car. We loved having the backyard for our dog buddie and the extra room for baby girl. The condition of the house and cleanliness were 5 stars and the bed was nice and comfy. Buddie loved the beanbag chair and hubby wanted to stay up all night playing the video games! '

'Location is remove enough to have privacy but close enough to get into a town within 5-10 mins. Beautiful scenic mountains on all sides! Home had more than enough space, super clean, well written instructions and everything was labeled! The tub / shower were great and the fireplaces were a nice touch! Free snacks, how can you go wrong?! We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Close to the parks!'

'This property is quaintly located in Cannonville and is reasonably close to Bryce Canyon entrance. Our group of seven adults fit very comfortably in the house. The kitchen is well stocked, and the furnishings are very comfortable. Communication with the host was prompt, helpful, and courteous. I highly recommend this property for your travels to Bryce Canyon, Grand Staircase, or any other nearby attraction.'

'The pictures don’t do the home or the location Justice. This is an incredible stay! Minutes away from Bryce and close to many other parks. The kitchen and bathrooms and truly every other part of the home- it’s pure luxury. Heated kitchen floor!!! Which is soooo good when you’re trying to get moving in the morning! My hubby and I were seriously so sad to leave it, I just have to hope it’s still on VRBO when it’s time for us to return. Fingers crossed!!!'

'My husband and I brought our parents to Utah for a week of hiking, sightseeing, and relaxing. We got a major grocery haul in Salt Lake City on the way down from the airport and used that food all week in the well-equipped kitchen (and grill outside). We were pretty tired after spending all day outside in the parks, so we were happy to have a cozy, clean, and fully outfitted house to relax in. The sunlight and expansive views are beautiful. We loved it and would definitely return in the future!'

It was super clean, the beds were comfortable, there was a ton of space and the kitchen was well equipped. Mike was super easy to reach and had lots of great suggestions for the area. This was a high water mark of our trip.'

'Great location at a new property. Well cared for and fully equipped home made for a comfortable stay. It was the perfect home base for our trip to Bryce Canyon. Owner was close by if anything was needed. Owner responded promptly to questions.'

'Host was amazing and responded quickly. Ranch is secluded and away from the busy city. No noise or light pollution, just fresh air and bright stars. Kids loved the chickens and wood burning fireplace. We enjoyed setting on the couch in front of the fire as we talked about the adventures of the day. The host family is a gracious and welcoming. 'We meet the owners Scott and Marie at check in. They were very nice and friendly. They gave us a tour of their farm and my daughter got to feed a baby sheep. The owners gave us eggs from their chickens. The house is in a prefect location to all the sites and town. The view is amazing and relaxing. We saw the deer in the yard everyday. The house is big and had everything we needed for the 3 of us. It’s an older home but we were there to see to visit Bryce Canyon and other areas not to hang out...

'We had such a wonderful stay for my parents’ 50th wedding anniversary. Plenty of rooms and beds for everyone. As others have mentioned, this property could use a deep clean, especially the carpets. We also struggled to find sheets for the futons, though the property manager was quick to respond and solve the issue. We loved the pool table/ping pong table! And there was plenty of firewood for the fire pit. Thanks for a great stay.'
