'The StoneHouse was perfect for our adult family of 8 and a baby! It was charming, clean and well equipped! Thw Market was a BIG hit with us all and the couple that ran it were amazing! So welcoming and accommodating! We were in town for a celebration of life so ot was great for our family to have this peaceful place to retreat to. We would definitely stay here again!!!'

'My wife and I loved the place. The kids preferred to be on their devices. The inlaws just set on the riverbank. Tubing was a lot of fun. The only way you could canoe is to go down the river and bring it back in a truck. The fishing was nice. The old farm house is fully remodeled. Even though they have animals, it doesn't have an overwhelming dog smell. The train didn't bother us too much. The forest on the way to teb river is charming.'

'The house is beautifully renovated with decor worthy of a Southern Living spread! Gorgeous views of mountains and flower gardens. Pretty pond for fishing. Close to lots of local things to do: Safari Park, Natural Bridge, Blue Ridge Parkway, and quaint downtown Bedford where we spent a rainy day exploring the shops. Easy drive for any type vehicle. No four wheel drive needed. Highly recommend!'

'We loved the property so much. We came back a second time! Great place to stay if you want comfort and privacy and many places to explore on and off the property. Our kids loved playing in the creek catching crawfish, campfires in the evenings roasting marshmallows by the creek makes for great family memories. We will definitely be back again!'

'This secluded farmhouse nestled in the valley below Shenandoah National Park was the perfect spot for a last minute getaway.Our dogs loved the expansive yard and we loved sitting on the back porch to take in the sights and sounds of the National Park.The house is 15 minutes from Luray in one direction and the Thornton Gap Entrance to the National Park in the other.The house itself is as stunning as it looks in the pictures and the hosts were very communicative. We hope to make it back soon!'

'The Farmhouse was beautifully restored with large rooms, a wonderful porch, a kitchen equipped for every need, and a table large enough to sit our 8 family members with room left over. My grandchildren loved the big lawn with the provided yard equipment and sprinkler. We all enjoyed the animals and fire pit. Our host was gracious and readily available, and we would love to return some day.'

"Very helpful and kind staff, when I mentioned that the information about the airport shuttle wasn't correct online, the lady at the front desk offered to co.pensate for the confusion by giving us a breakfast voucher. The breakfast was amazing and her gesture was appreciated. The proxi.ity to the Ronald Reagan airport was also a big plus. After a long trip it was a short ride tp the hotel. All in all, a good experience and I would stay here again. "

"This is a reasonable hotel in terms of price/quality ratio. The location is almost at the end of the boardwalk but the Virginia Beach shuttle stops right outside. The staff is very friendly and helpful, there were some things that were not right, when we arrived the indoor pool was not open, both washing machines were out of order (there were 4 brand new dryers in operation) and the sliding door to the balcony in our room we could only open by using a lot of force. We had a balcony with sea view on a high floor and the view was fantastic."
