'Very helpful and kind staff, when I mentioned that the information about the airport shuttle wasn't correct online, the lady at the front desk offered to co.pensate for the confusion by giving us a breakfast voucher. The breakfast was amazing and her gesture was appreciated. The proxi.ity to the Ronald Reagan airport was also a big plus. After a long trip it was a short ride tp the hotel. All in all, a good experience and I would stay here again. '

'This is a reasonable hotel in terms of price/quality ratio. The location is almost at the end of the boardwalk but the Virginia Beach shuttle stops right outside. The staff is very friendly and helpful, there were some things that were not right, when we arrived the indoor pool was not open, both washing machines were out of order (there were 4 brand new dryers in operation) and the sliding door to the balcony in our room we could only open by using a lot of force. We had a balcony with sea view...

'Tijdens een 4-daags verblijf was er 3 dagen geen warm water beschikbaar voor douchen. Meerdere keren melding gemaakt waarna is aangegeven dat ze het hadden verholpen, maar kennelijk niet. Wel enige korting gekregen maar desalniettemin erg vervelend.'

'This was a great place to stay for our brief day trip to Colonial Williamsburg. It was clean and, more importantly, spacious. We had friends staying in one of the nearby units and we were able to spend the evening together in our place very comfortably. Also, I assume because of the time of year, it was a great deal.'
