« At first there was some confusion reference my reservation. I had problems with the online help with Brno. Once I got a phone number to speak with a representative, things were much better. Per the previous comments, I was aware the sofa bed wouldn't be the most comfortable for sleeping, but we made do just fine. Communication was excellent. Enjoyed it so much, we extended our stay. »
