'The property didn’t look like the pictures. It felt very dirty and was in poor condition. There were only blinds for one window, so the inside of the entire apartment is completely visible from the outside. Lack of privacy. The stove and oven didn’twork and the washing machine didn’t wash your clothes properly at all. 'The apartment is, in one word, great! It is located in Playa de las Americas, 1 minute from several nice restaurants, a 5-minute walk from the boulevard and it is within walking distance of "the strip".Despite this central location, there is hardly any noise pollution and that is really nice.The fantastic roof terrace has sun from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (we were there at the end of December) and there are sunbeds and good, large parasols. It is really lovely there!Parking was also no problem, there...

'Wij hebben een geweldige week gehad in dit appartement. De ligging is midden in het drukke gedeelte van Playa de las Americas, maar absoluut geen geluids hinder. Het heeft een heerlijk terras. Alles erop en eraan. Van handdoeken, wasrek, complete keuken tot aan stoelkussens, ligstoelen enz. Wat helemaal fantastisch was is de wasmachine! Zeker met een baby van 6 maanden!'

'Fijn ruim appartement op leuke locatie direct aan strand en boulevard. Alle voorzieningen van Playa de las Americas op loopafstand over de boulevard te bereiken. Tip: auto huren om Tenerife en de vele stranden verder te verkennen. Zijn bijvoorbeeld zelf veel naar strand Las Vistas en Los Christianos geweest en dat is met kinderen en spullen net te ver om te lopen (vonden wij). Hele goede communicatie met eigenaar. Vrijwel direct reactie en actie. Ook bij klein probleempje met doucheslang....

"Wij (2 mensen van 55+)verbleven hier van10/5/2025 t/m 24/5/2025. We hadden minimale overlast van de renovatie van een deel van het complex. Wel overlast van met name Engelse jeugd die ‘s nachts dronken bij het zwembad of op naastgelegen balkon lopen te blèren (helaas zat onze kamer aan de zwembadkant. Ook bij het zwembad kon je vaak niet rustig liggen, de animatie vond het soms nodig om er een speakerbox met keiharde muziek de hele dag neer te zetten. Gelukkig is het groot genoeg en kon je er ver"
