'Room is nice. I booked a partial sea view room expecting a partial see and partial city view I guess. The windows were facing the sea all the way but bunch of A/C units in the way. 'In this price range it's a great hotel room. Spacious and pretty clean. Staff is nice. Many English speaking channels on TV. My room was number six facing the street with the bars. If you don't like the loudness then you won't like it here. I like to sleep with the fan the AC and the TV on so the outside noise didn't bother me at all. 'I spend about 3 weeks at this hotel. I stayed in 3 different rooms. The cheapest room was a bit on the small side but not bad. Everything worked and was on the back side of the hotel so bit more quiet. The little bigger rooms were nice sized overlooking soi buakhao. Everything worked, nice TV lots of channels. Nice staff. Guest friendly. For a "cheap" hotel this was my favorite place to stay in out of the 8 hotels I visited during my 2 month trip. Little loud at night but with A/C on and tv on...

'Very close to nabaan pier and relatively inexpensive. More than met my expectations. The property is secluded and private in its set up. The hosts are exceptionally hospitable and kind. I felt like I was staying with them at a bed and breakfast way more than I expected. Very lovely, and considered spending a few more days watching the thunderstorms from the quiet of their yard (and plenty ramen noodles). Very good place.'

'Het hotel ligt midden in het centrum, dus alles goed bereikbaar. Het is heel eenvoudig. Ik had een kamer zonder venster naar buiten, maar wel met uitzicht op de trap. Dus toch binnenvallend licht. Er is geen lift, dus met een zware koffer naar de 4e etage kan je wel buiten adem brengen. De douch was aan de kleine kant. De verwarming voor het water hoede bij 40 graden of meer echt niet aan.
