'The staff is very friendly, and the rooms are cleaned very well every day. The resort is large and incredibly spacious, beautifully green with wildlife. I was a bit disappointed with the food. It could be more varied, in my opinion. There are several swimming pools and a private beach with bars where you can order good drinks. The adjacent Xcaret park is highly recommended for children, but definitely for adults as well.'

'Mooie locatie, vriendelijke bediening, goede kwaliteit van het eten en drankjes. Alleen jammer dat het strand aan het hotel zelf erg klein en minder goed gelegen is. Je kan wel naar het strand bij de nabijgelegen hotels die wel mooie stranden hebben, maar dan kan je natuurlijk niet genieten van de barservice.'

'Room was very clean, amenities were wonderful (favorites being the gym and event offerings), and the staff were so personal. While the restaurants were good, they were often notably slower than an average restaurant experience even with seemingly no crowd. The buffet and beach bar exceptions to that. The beach was relaxing and convenient. It is a more natural beach so we didn’t swim much even though the resort kept up with the kelp pretty well. Get to the chairs and cabanas early are patrons...

'Nous avons passé un superbe séjour au sandos caracol pour 2 adultes et 1 enfant de 13ans. Les + : endroit incroyable au milieu de la nature et des ruines maya avec des cenotes. Des rencontres quotidiennes avec les animaux (coatis, agouti, singes, iguanes, tortues, paons, oiseaux…) Resort immense et sécurisé. Des activités tous les jours, des superbes spectacles comme celui du feu. Plusieurs restaurants avec inscriptions ou des buffets à dispositions. Distributeurs en dollars et pesos sur place...

'A lovely resort. Beautiful grounds and beach. An abundance of wildlife. Good food - I am vegetarian and I had no issues. Staff are great. The drinks seemed weak. Loved the lazy river. The rooms did the job, big and lots of storage. You won't be in room too much - it is so much better outside on the grounds. A special mention to Afred, our expedia conceriage. He was amazing, very knowledgable and helpful.'

Jungala Park is not exactly next to the pools and beaches but transportation services is always only a minute away. Aqua Park, Cirque du Soleil Show and countless of food options make Vidanta - Jungala a great destination for all.'
