'Nice resort, staff was very friendly and attentive. The rooms were clean, the beach was ok. The room we stayed in we had a semi beach front, but the view was somewhat obstructed. The room was nice however a tad bit muggy at times even though we kept the air condition running and at times we got a whiff of a musty odor in the room (nothing major, not a deal breaker). Overall really nice experience .'

'It’s been a long time since I’ve been to Mexico & all inclusive and this trip was beyond amazing. The food options were phenomenal as were the drink options. The property always had events daily all the while trying to keep you engaged. Pools were great! Upon arriving staff was PHENOMENAL! Pepe was great with letting me know immediately upon arrival what to expect. The only thing I wish there was more of was music at the pool, this would be a great addition for guests to enjoy their time...

'We were in 2 times 2023 (21 days) and 2024 (19 days). It's a building that was ready 2022 and you can already see that it's not well maintained and cleaned. Cleaning is not done properly. At first it looks clean but it isnt. They clean, however it's done to quick and with dirty mopping gear. A lack off Maintenance, toilet doors at the rooftop can't be closed anymore.
