'This is a very unique hotel in the area of Puerto Aventuras, an area that is otherwise quite dominated by big chain resort hotels. The staff are exceptionally friendly and makes you feel like you're part of a family rather than 'just another tourist'. Breakfasts are amazing! Rooms were clean and comfortable, great design of the hotel inside and outside. You can also use their bicycles which is a fun way to go around the town.'

'My family and I have been going for years. We love the hotel and all the amenities available. Room service is great. The spa and gym are always great to use. The entertainment and staff are friendly.'

'Sand volleyball was fun. Kenya the instructor was very nice and made it fun. The only downside was the seaweed didn’t allow Us to enjoy the beach water as much as we would have liked to.'

'Can’t say enough about this resort. 5 stars. From its location, amenities, service teams everything was fantastic. I think my only complaint would be confusion over dinner reservations. If you are not eating at the buffet you will need guest services to make dinner reservations for you. They must be made min 24 hours before and fill up quickly. We weren’t advised this during check in. I recommend to visit guest services to make all your dinner reservations sane day as check in.'

'Shower master room BROKE. Bath clogged. Couldn’t take a shower first 2 days. There is no beach 5 min walking distance as offered.'

I would say only thing lacking is more music by pool daily & entertainment in the evenings. If you perfer relaxing this resort is 10/10.'

'Our stay at TRS Yucatán was good. The highlights of our stay was the service we received and the properties we enjoyed. The food was sub par especially at the restaurants for dinner. The breakfast buffet at Helios was the best. The room was good but the AC wasn’t working well so we had to ask for a fan which they accommodated us with. Overall good experience but it was a bit pricey for what we got. I expected better quality food.'
